I believe that cooking starts at the market and ingredients are key, so if we shop mostly local and eat seasonal whenever we can, our food will taste delicious.
The recipes are easy, with short lists of ingredients, require little or no equipment and can be prepared by anyone. Occasionally I challenge myself with longer preparations, but if I can do it... you can too!
